The service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, the restaurant is doing well. They consistently get the wings right, and the staff is friendly. Worst customer service in the area and incomparable restaurant management. Team Lead said to call corporate headquarters, but refused to give their names to avoid a corporate complaint. n n double check your orders and make sure you get what you are paid for. If you bring incorrect order, they will not allow you to keep your order and fix it and you accuse, steal or use it to keep a wrong order of your correct order.... View all feedback.
Order on the app, it is said to be 47 minutes til it is ready to store 1 hr 15mins late on purpose. Not ready yet. It is chaos over 15 people in the lobby waiting for food. And the food wasn't fresh. I asked for my money back
Stop ordering some wings. This place was dirty. The tables were dirty. The chefs on the kitchen also played really loud music, and it is difficult to put an order on the table, as I could hardly hear the cash register. It took about 20 minutes to get my order. When I opened the box at home, she was drowned in the oil. Of course I will not return to this place.
I placed a mobile order at 3:15 pm. Said it would be ready in about 18-23 min and It is now 4:25pm and I am STILL waiting on my food at Wingstop. It might be understaffed here I'm not sure but the staff that they DO have is VERY slow, VERY rude and They just plainly do not care. Their is at LEAST 15 other people inside waiting for their food as well. Please guys avoid this location at ALL costs.

The staff is quick and friendly. They do a great job with the spicy Korean Q sauce, but they tend to be a bit stingy with the hickory BBQ, so make sure to request extra.
