What Clint Compton doesn't like about Whataburger:
Double check you order before you leave, there are high odds it may be missing something. The food was fine, typical Whataburger quality and nicely warm, but the two people I informed that my order was missing two items seemed confused even though my orderwas clearly indicated on the print out on the bag. Whataburger in Lake Worth is one of our gateways. We never had a bad job or experience with Dine-in or take out. The food is always hot, fresh and so good! Staff are always friendly and seem to take special Burger configurations as a challenge. Very recommended!
The food was good the service was quick. I wasn't offered any condiments. But I like the fact that everything was done quickly and I got my order exactly as I requested. The young girl at the window was very friendly and polite. Good job Whataburger.
Service was great; quick and friendly, even at 8:15 as traffic was at its morning peak. Food was hot and fresh, and they offered receipt and condiments without having to ask. [Aug 30, 2022] This location does not have Jalapeño-Cheddar biscuits,but they do still have Honey-Butter chicken in the mornings
Easily one of the worst locations in terms of service. The food is the same as other locations. Placed a mobile order, walked inside to realize none of the employees had an understanding of how the computers or mobile orders operated. Several ?missing?orders, the guy in front of me was visibly upset because this issue was making him late to work. The guy at the front counterdecided to say that was his problem and that he wasn?t going to let this customers frustration change their attitude towardscustomers ? which was terrible. Also not a manager in sight while this was happening. The guy ended up leaving and his order waswrong ? the employees just shrugged and told everyone in the restaurant to ignore his bad attitude. Can?t recommend thislocation by any means. Needs a management overhaul.
We don't have Whataburgers where we live in Wisconsin, so this was our first experience with Whataburger during our visit to Texas. The portion sizes and prices put McDonald's and Burger King to shame. The dining experience was excellent; an older African American woman checked on us frequently, asking if we needed drink refills or anything else. We don't have this level of hospitality at any fast food restaurants in our area. She definitely deserves a high five!
