GREAT STORE, very helpful employees.I inquired about an item from an associate, thereafter the associate had then addressed the aisle number and row the item rested. While on the aisle, I'd gotten side tracked with another item on another aisle/rack. LITERALLY 5 min. later the employee asked if I'd found it yet, (which i hadn't) therefore walks me towards the aisle and directs me to exactly what i needed. Not to ment... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Walmart Supercenter:
Why do they tell us that an order is ready for 4:45 and then make us wait in the pick-up line until 6:26? Not only did we waste time, but we also wasted gas running our air conditioning in the heat. We checked at 5 and at 6 we asked an employee what was happening, and we were promised that our order would be next. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service at this restaurant. There was no cashier to check out, which was frustrating. I felt like I was expected to do the job myself. I don't plan on returning.
I have a strong appreciation for Walmart, as I regularly spend a significant amount of money there each year. I enjoy interacting with the door greeters and always leave the store feeling happy. However, I have a suggestion for improvement: rather than hiring more floorwalkers, I believe Walmart should focus on hiring more genuine employees who are friendly, helpful, and eager to assist customers with a smile.
Extremely rude curbside person, he threw my order in back of my car with loud thud.
I love this restaurant because I can easily pick up my order with my car. I just use the app to let them know which spot I'm in, and they bring my groceries out to me. I really appreciate how the employees carefully separate my items.
I appreciate that he always remembers me. I don't mind showing him my reservation, as he is just doing his job.
