Taco Bell - Fort Worth

After the remodel the customer service is through the roof.. drive thru and inside; they’re always nice and never messed up an order. Previously, some employees were a little rude, but now I never regret going there. Good job.

Let me begin by saying that the customer service is excellent I usually come here to get Mexican pizza and tacos and they are really good. They are always polite for me and they always make sure they put the sauces and napkins and things in their pockets. I really appreciate her. But I tried to eat her breakfast Burritos and they're terrible. I think it's the ingredients or recipes because I tried them in another Taco Bell and they were the same. the eggs tend to be kind of cumbersome and tasteless, and the potatoes are very muddy. The potatoes are also strange looking.

I forgot my drink and they ran outside to bring it to me. So friendly and honest service is all I ask for. Thank you Taco Bell ??Food: 5/5

Most of tha time it's str8... Bt I've had many many mess ups most the time it is me missing food. And it be early enough for the dining room to be open but it's not and so you have to go all the way back around and wait in the long a line if you want to get it right.Food: 4/5

They always mess up my order, clearly the screen says no vegetables or sour cream and they still put it on there. Every time. Half of the nachos didn’t have cheese and the taco had lettuce even though I asked for none. It’s not a problem just prefer it without sometimes but they don’t listen.
