Taco Bell - Fort Worth

I am a door-sh driver and for the last two nights I had a very bad experience to pick up orders the woman seemed to be responsible was very rude first day saying that they did nothing to make the order, the customer ordered a few different things so if they were nothing why they were open and tonight they told me with an rude attitude that they had given my order to someone else. I am very annoyed that I was wasting time that I could make money in other places, but had to cancel the orders and instead deal with rude staff.

Very poor customer service . Ladies at the windows were very rude also got our order wrong. Do not recommend this specific Taco Bell.

Could be better. Seems like they put less meat in their tacos and is 80% lettuce... come on Taco Bell yall use to be awesome...Food: 3/5

Last couple times I've gone through the drive through the employees seem to just be goofinf off or giggling talking to each other. Kinda sassy which is a little understandable but at least get the food right no? Place seems to be struggling to get good employees lately. I know it's fast food and not a 5 star restaurant, but at least act like you care about your job/customers.Dietary restrictions: I have a hard time digesting onions And when I ask for no onions And one side of the burrito is nothing but tortilla and onions it's a let down..

Although the food was hot and tasted good, I'm giving this store 2 stars. I'm very big on hygiene, and these employees are obviously not. The two ladies in the back after preparing food had not changed out gloves in the 45 Minutes I had been there, no telling how long they had them on before I had arrived. While handling food handling boxes, utensils paper and standing around talking with arms crossed not once did I see them remove the gloves wash their hands and refresh their gloves. The cashier left the front area and when a customer came in he had to get someone's attention because the ladies were just standing around talking, then the cashier reappears and took to the register without washing his hands.I noticed while their was no customers there was trash on the floor and the women's bathroom had no paper towels..employees were just standing around talking and cashier was playing on his phone.lthat is very unprofessional..as a manager these things should not be ok..hand washing and cleaning should be a priority, ..
