Subway - Fort Worth

The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting and they really listen to your preferences. The sandwiches, although some may be a bit blurry, are delicious. I especially enjoyed the spicy one and will definitely be returning.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The lobby was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff were friendly. The service was excellent, with Melissa standing out for her friendliness and always greeting us with a smile.

When I entered the restaurant, the girl making my sandwich seemed to be in a bad mood. She prepared my sandwich without care and forgot to include some of the veggies I requested. I was very disappointed when she responded rudely when I tried to remind her of my preferences. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name to report her behavior. I am hesitant to return to this establishment, but I hope they improve the attitude of their employees.

This location has some of the most rude employees! Why customer service work if they can't be friendly and don't let a hired talk that doesn't wear gloves while he serves! this place must go better or get a whole new crew! this whole situation is really unprofessional!

Being going to Subway on Crowley Road for a long time and have always had a positive visit.
