What Nikki S doesn't like about Starbucks:
Slowest Starbucks in the world. They cannot handle rushes in a timely manner, waited over 30 minutes in drive thru for one drink and they were out of the pastry we asked for and it was made wrong. They need more staff or better training to handle this area for customer service and demand. Go to the Starbucks in the Target instead. Do not recommend. View all feedback.

I'm quite surprised I'm giving this location 2 stars because usually they are great, however this past month I have gotten nothing but horrible service. Every time I come to order a drink, they completely mess up my order and do not offer to re do it after I bring it to their attention. I gave them another try today, and they did not add any of my add-ins. When I told them, they offered to give me the add-in in a cup so that I could put it in myself.
I went in today with my son around 12:30p. They were really busy and I expected the cashier to be flustered and I did not fully expect to receive good customer service. The young lady behind the counter was so very sweet and helpful though!! She complimented me on my voice and said I was pretty before taking our order. I have a bit of a strange tone to my voice that I?m self conscious about and that just made my day for her to say that. They were out of the original thing that I wanted but she made helpful suggestions and I easily chose something else. A small act of kindness really boosted my spirit and helped us enjoy our day. Thank you :
Had issues with orders being incorrect before, food is almost always gone, and had no veterans day benefits and the only reason I came today was to contribute my purchase (had more drinks) to the non profit organizations Starbucks said they supported and would donate to. So 2 stars for lack of communication to employees and your patrons... Didn't know this until ordering and your employees believe there's absolutely no veterans Day benefits
