Sergio is fantastic! Genuinely friendly great energy always kind. Has never gotten my order mixed up and if someone has he has corrected it with such genuine help and urgency. What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
If you've posted hours of surgery, you should stick to those hours. I was was wasting a trip to this store 15 minutes before closing (8:45 on Saturday 10/01/2022) Her open shield was still on, but the door was locked, no employees were inside. This is definitely not a way to run a business to accidentally close your employees as these customers waste a trip to your business when it is listed as open. View all feedback.
Sergio is amazing! He always looks after us, treats us like family, and makes the most delicious smoothies.
Sergio provided an amazing experience at Smoothie King! He went above and beyond to make us happy and ensure our smoothies tasted great. Even though we are not from the area, we will definitely visit this location again when we pass through. Just make sure to listen to any of his advice or warnings.
The smoothie was good. The price is reasonable. The service is bad. I visited the shop on 10/13 at 9:45. When I approached the checkout, I said to her “hi, it’s my first time here, I’m not sure what to order”. The cash register remained calm, she didn't say good morning or anything else. It was like she wasn't in the mood to help me with the menu options. So I looked at the menu for a few seconds, made a quick decision and placed the order. The ironic part is that at the moment of payment I had to answer how much to tap. Then she prepared the order, put it on the counter, said "here", turned around and started talking to her employee. No “hi, bye or a good day”. Not even a “thank you”. I was the only customer at the time, so I don't understand. It's shameful and I won't spend another dollar there. BTW, I gave her 10% for a terrible service...

I love the workers here, they are so nice and fast with my smoothies!
