The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh, hot, and prepared to order.
Their Cinnabons are the best. Always hot and fresh. Thanks Schlotzsky's...
The food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. There is a rude girl in the kitchen who repeatedly screams at customers until they pick up their orders, and she does not seem to enjoy dealing with customers.
