Horrible service at the Gran plaza location, chicken, rice and beans not flavor. Also the restroom smells really bad. I going back to POLLO REGIO cross the road. Owner or supervisor needs to put more attention at this new location if you need good business. Sorry for this comment but hopefully help for better food and service.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
