Pizza Hut - Fort Worth

This restaurant experience was the worst. They left the pizza on the floor without knocking or notifying me of the delivery. The app indicated a 20-30 minute delivery time, but it was actually 30 minutes late and the pizza arrived cold. When I called to complain, they hung up on me.

My 3 pizzas were dissatisfied. the cheese was cold had not much sauce, the pfefferoni was not boiled, it was only put on the pizza. I've never seen pizza huts like the three I ordered. I will no longer order from this pizza place. I spent too much money for my pizza also look like the kind it looks like when the kids in the slices of pizza that it fell apart...2/5/2022

I just wanted to say, kruger was professional, polite and very nice! in fact, the employees here are always professional and friendly and of course the pizza is always delicious

I ordered food at 5:44 clock and it came a little after 8:30 clock. the whole order was freezing, so we threw it away. also, after several phone calls in the load and no answer (though 5 times ring and automatically hang up) I decided to order food other products that arrived in less than 20 minutes.

We ordered two sides of wings, one bone in, one boneless and the two pizza, breadsticks and wings deal. The pizza was great! Warm, soft and flavorful pan style pizza. Ingredients were fresh, fairly plentiful without adding extra for the upcharge. As for the wings, the boneless wings had no sauce on them. I had to reallllly shake the container to distribute the very minimal amount of sauce, disappointed for sure. The bone in wings had a slightly better distribution of sauce. Overall taste of the bone in wings were ‘artificial’ at best. The garlic dipping sauce for an additional .59 was worth it! I would order the pizza again, but maybe stick to a ‘wing place’ for wings. I did give 4 stars because of the pizza, I’m from Chicago, so it’s pretty hard to impress me with pizza, but for a chain pizza joint, it was good-this time.
