What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
This place always serves me underwhelming portions. It’s the most convenient location for me, but every time I order chicken, the pieces are much smaller than at any other Panda Express I’ve visited. The orange chicken pieces are also tiny, making my plate look like it has half the usual amount. I can only give a rating of 1 because a rating of 0 isn't an option. Typically, I don’t leave negative reviews, but during my last three visits to this restaurant, I experienced the worst customer service of my life, all three times being in the evening. I understand that many places are understaffed, but basic communication, common sense, and courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask for. They really need to improve their management. I won't be coming back here again.
Rude in hell. No customer service skills, managers included. Always forget parts of your order (Everytime) then go to treat like a theif when you have to go back to the food you pay. They seem uncomfortable. No I don't apologize for anything and tried to educate myself that next time I have to bring all the food back or they're not replacing anything. Makes sense.
I've only been to this location twice but both times the same girl Darn it) gives the smallest portions, it's almost like she counts each piece. I pay extra for the Angus beef but maybe get four little pieces if I'm lucky. I'm not sure where there is another Panda cause I would definitely go there.Food: 4/5
