We’ve been before and that’s the only reason I gave two stars. Visited this location on 5/21/23 and stood outside 10 minutes after opening just for a girl to walk to the door to tell us they weren’t opening until another team member arrived to work with her. No apology for the inconvenience or an eta of the team member. Just said that and walked away after she saw us waiting outside. I work in the restaurant industry and this is NOT the way to communicate with customers. Do better! Hold your team members accountable for arriving on time.

If you like being served food by folks who just don’t care, then you will love this place.I have give this place many chances. The food should be delicious, but the staff have always been miserable and indifferent to the customers, and that makes the food less than average.I would suggest another option. Sorry MOD Pizza, clearly management doesn’t care or changes would be made.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the service was extremely friendly. The dining area was clean and well-presented. We opted for the cauliflower crust, which was decent, but that was one of the main reasons we chose MOD. Unfortunately, I wasn't fond of the texture of the cheese.

I placed an order for a single cheese pizza online, 20 minutes prior to my arrival at the store. When I arrived to pick it up, I was shocked to find out that my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet! I assumed it would go straight in after I sat down, but that wasn’t the case for us. I watched seven pizzas get placed in the oven from customers who were ordering at the counter, yet our cheese pizza was completely overlooked. Is there anyone overseeing online orders? The level of incompetence here is frustrating. I waited half an hour for nothing. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Mod Pizza is consistently a favorite of mine. I happened to be working in this area on Friday and decided to stop by for lunch. I tend to stick to my favorites, and the Mad Dog with mushrooms and bacon is always my go-to. I do wish they offered banana peppers, as I enjoy their sweet tangy flavor occasionally. The tables were clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Plus, I really appreciate the rewards you can earn by using the app!
