Contribute FeedbackAfter a tiring soccer game, I stopped by this restaurant for dinner feeling hungry. I used my accumulated points to order a McChicken, but got stuck behind a customer at the first window who was holding up the line with unnecessary conversation. Frustrated, I decided to step out of line and instead showed my order on the app to the second window, where the manager, Geo, helped me out. Geo instructed me to park and come inside to collect my McChicken. However, I later realized the app had charged me for two McChickens instead of one. Apologizing for my mistake, I asked Geo to take his time with the second order. Despite the delay, Geo kept his promise and made sure I received both meals. Despite the chaos and complaints from other customers, Geo handled the situation well and took care of me. I am grateful to Geo for his excellent management. Thank you, Geo.
