Fish was excellent! Crispy and delicious! BUT, there was NO A/C in the restaurant! Now, if their air conditioning had gone out today, that would be understandable. But, when I asked about the A/C from the lady at the cashier, she made a point to say they have had no AC for the past THREE MONTHS, while wiping the sweat off her forehead with her shirt sleeve. Personally, I sat in front of the one fan in the seating area and I could only stay long enough to write this review. Management really needs to sort this out! Forget the customers! Think about your staff!!!

Their prices have increased way too much for them to serve old food.I specifically asked for everything to be fresh, instead they refried what was already done. I can tell the difference bc the batter is extra HARD

CAUTION: LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING INSIDE. The staff was friendly, but the absence of air conditioning made the restaurant nearly 100 degrees inside. Additionally, the tartar sauce was left out in the heat, which is not safe. Our root beer float even tasted like fish, which was quite unpleasant. It is clear that corporate needs to assess and renovate this store, as the overall experience was terrible. Despite the kind staff, the lack of air conditioning has apparently been an issue for at least 2 weeks according to previous reviews.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past three weeks. The first time, I had to leave because there was no air conditioning and it was 105 degrees outside. Today, there was still no AC, only big noisy fans, and the entire place looked rundown. I ordered 3 pieces of fish and ended up with 3 pieces of fishy tasting chicken. I suggest the restaurant should just close down already, and let something else take its place if the owners are not interested in improving. Despite the poor conditions, the employees have great attitudes. It's the owners who are to blame.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Even though I'm not a fan of seafood, the cheese curds were absolutely amazing. I hope to see more locations of this establishment in the future. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was still open after 9 years since my last visit.
