Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Worth

I was hesitant to dine at this restaurant after the Tarrant County health inspector found pests, mold on the food preparation surfaces, and coworkers not practicing good hygiene. While I understand that many places are not perfectly clean, some places have a lack of cleanliness that can make customers ill. I will not be returning to Little Caesar's.

The restaurant was shut down by the Tarrant County Health Department due to issues with insects, mold, and unsanitary conditions. They were only allowed to reopen after barely passing their re-inspection, but mold was still found in the food. You can view the health department's report on their website for more details. It is advised to avoid this restaurant as you may risk getting food poisoning or worse.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered online, picked up my order, and when I arrived, it was not ready. I was told by a rude man with glasses that my order would be ready after 4 other tickets. I patiently waited and when I went back inside to ask about my order, another employee rudely told me they would make it now. The cheese and pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and wings I ordered were all disappointing. The breadsticks were hard and cold, the cheese pizza was unevenly cut and not cooked properly, and the pepperoni pizza was a mess. I have been a loyal customer for years and it is unacceptable to be treated this way, especially when it was for my child. The service was so bad that I left feeling upset and angry.

Terrible customer service. I delivered an order with 30 minutes. When I was there, it wasn't ready. the young at the theke said we wait for the cheese pizza. 20 min later no pizza. They asked for a refund and told me I couldn't get a refund. I had to call cs. he gave me a phone number and waited for her answer. when they finally did. he had made me wrong this place has made terrible customer service and lack of qualitatiw high quality pizza. they don't care. I would give that a negative star

I haven't had LC in years. I knew the pizza wasn't the greatest, just dorm pizza. However I remembered their garlic sauce was banging so I decided to stop by right as they opened to get the freshest hot and ready. This pizza was bad, like really bad, nothing was particularly wrong with it, it just tasted awful, like cardboard and salt. Garlic sauce is still banging, so I'll bump it from a 1 to a 3 star
