What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I ordered a paprika filled crust pizza, as advertised with the paprika in the crust. I confirmed that with the person who took my order. When I came home, I had a cheese filled crust no paprika. When I called, I was told that they didn't do that anymore. They have to change their false advertising. View all feedback.
Preordered because I don't like to get old pizza when you buy her?hot and ready?. You got home and what do you know, old pizza? Hey!
Edit: No location has desserts any more. A sad day for Little Caesars as I do crave cinnamon dessert after my pizzas. I like Dominos dessert but not their pizza or their lack of customer service. Consistently good tasting pizza at a consistently good price without coupons or gimmicks. This location (so far) still has the cinnamon dessert where Grapevine Hwy store has discontinued it. They are always good if I decide to ask for a special order. I've been pleased with this location overall.
Very fast. Delightful people. The quality of pizza is good except many times when I have a customized pizza, it's not cooked long enough or if I order a basic pepperoni it's cooked a little too long... But in the end, it's just pizza so no big deal. Four stars
Staff was Super friendly, so friendly in fact I thought I was at chick fil a for a minute. Persistently asked if we needed anything, and were prompt with providing fresh pizza. The manager on duty 12/5/20 was extremely professional and friendly also, and unbeknownst to them I?d just lost my mother and left her funeral so me and my family really enjoyed this experience and wanted to say thank you. We ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. However, we did not get the additional pepperoni on that one. The wings were good but the breadsticks were tough and didn't taste very good. This was the first time we've ordered from this location and were quite disappointed.
