I had a pretty good burger! It was prepared to order and definitely delicious! My only suggestion is that they could season the patties a bit more. Other than that, the toppings were plentiful and the produce was fresh. View all feedback.

This was our first time eating here and found assistance from employees to be non-existent. No one seemed willing to assist us. We ordered 1/4 bacon cheeseburgers and an order of fries to share. The burgers were pretty good however the bun became soggy. Not very appetizing. The fries were tasteless but were cooked crispy per our request. We got the banana pudding which honestly seemed old and rubbery. My stylist recomm... View all feedback.
The burgers were fantastic—absolutely delicious! I highly recommend them. However, I would advise against trying the milkshakes; they were quite disappointing. The French fries were unsalted and a bit too small; it felt like eating popcorn! Next time, I think I’ll go for the onion rings.
This is a burger joint where you order at the counter and your food is made fresh to order. It’s all about straightforward, delicious burgers—no frills, just great flavor.
If you're looking for a delicious burger reminiscent of the ones your mom used to make, this is the spot for you. The crinkle fries paired with the burger are sure to please even the pickiest eaters.
Always love Kincaid's! The burgers are great, the fried okra is the best!
Crispy fries besides a hearty burger are a classic combo, especially when it's paired with a smooth shake. Kincaid's was a delight from start to finish. When you first walk in, no, when you're first pulling up to the parking lot, you can tell by the look of the inside that it's already very cozy with the aesthetic it's going for. It felt very comfortable to walk in, very welcoming as well. The menu was the first thing that I noticed, with it being much more limited compared to something like a fast-food chain. All for the better, too! Rather than being bombarded with choice, it felt a lot more natural to order what Kincaid's was known for: it's Burgers. The sides like Fried Okra, Onion Rings, and everything else really added the only variety that it needed. However, I settled for the basic fries and a chocolate shake and was thoroughly pleased! I highly recommend this family-owned business when it comes to a reasonably priced burger or even a fun night out, even if I was skeptical of the à la carte style it presented at first. It's never too busy, and the wait time is never too long for food that good. I might even come back around to try more of the signature burgers come the future!
