Kfc - Fort Worth

It’s not the food, fast food is just that fast food, but what makes this place difference is the people that served me and my grandkids. Last night 23 September around 9 o’clock, good group of people thanks a lot.

Ratchet. Lazy. Unprofessional. In need of time lessons lol And again RATCHET! The wait was 37 minutes long. The drive-thru employee was outside by her car taking orders. Told me toPull to window but never took my order. Get to the window an says they are closing in 10 minutes at 9:05?? But due to the area this kfc is in, I’m not surprised! They don’t like to work so You should Just find another KFC.

The food was not at all that good but I had wonderful customer service from takhara she had excellent service smiled the whole time she had an uplifting personality wich made you forget about the food be not good and the management team was not available after I asked to speak with them regarding my order but anyways thanks again Takhara you are a great worker hopefully they see it

I always come to this kfc and they never have anything but Wings. I decide to speak with manager today and she was very unprofessional and just kept on saying “hmm”. She advised they stopped cooking at a certain time but you can’t tell me y’all stop cooking at 5pm or at 9pm when y’all close at 10:30 on and only have wings available.

Tonight for lunch, a Spicy chicken sandwich ordered that had no sharp on it. You put a drop of hot sauce on the bungalow. The girl on the ride was rude and threw my sandwich out the window. Worst experience in this KFCFood: 1/5
