What Jolly B doesn't like about Joe T Garcia's Mexican:
Overall, our experience did not live up to our expectations. We were looking for cheese in our cheese enchiladas but ended up with just a greasy red sauce. The tacos were quite bland, almost as if they had been left out in the sun for too long. The refried beans tasted like they were straight from a can. After our granddaughter and great granddaughter arrived by train, we took them to Joe T's for an outdoor dining experience. Despite the heat that day, the patio area was comfortable thanks to fans circulating the air. The food was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful dining experience.
