I came in to try the new Thai Chicken Wrap, and the guy was nice, but he was very sweaty, and his gloves showed the sweat underneath. He took my order with his gloves, touched the dirty screen and then made my pack with the same gloves. Yeah.

I wanted to give my order 5 stars but they forgot to put the avocado on my Thai chicken lettuce wrap. I requested that add-on and was charged for it but no avocado, bummer. That said, the wrap itself was quite tasty with a nice veggie crunch, tender chicken and a zing from the peanut sauce. Overall, solid choice. : (sorry no photos

We got the chicken Caesar wrap and Thai chicken wrap and they were both great. Good customer service and it was made quick.

Ordered a catering order online, was on a tight schedule and it was supposed to be ready at 11:30 AM. Had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to make up the sandwiches, then they forgot to include about half of my order. Didn’t discover that until I got back to my location. When I called the manager she said sorry we had a staff meeting! They wouldn’t comp anything, could not guarantee when they could deliver the missing items, and just said sorry that’s company policy so we will never go back. Plus we are going to tell everyone we know how bad this business is. They weren’t that busy I can assure you. One other person was waiting when we got there.

Young lady named Alyssa is amazing will definitely be going back
