I decided to run over and get one breakfast Jack cuz I had to have one every time I come to Texas it was wonderful and I really enjoyed the freshness of this restaurant I highly recommend this location and if I was close by I'd go get another. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
This late evening/night crew dropped our box with food on the floor. Wouldn't be a big deal, but then they tried to use the box again and give us the food. They refused to give us our money back. What would this little girl have to believe that they give our food back? View all feedback.
This place can never seem to get my order right from no tomatoes to no egg the concepts just to hard for them. This morning I ordered a an egg, sausage, and cheese biscuit. No egg extra sausage and cheese. Not hard right? They even repeated it back correctly. What I got….a sausage biscuits with extra egg and no cheese.
They just keep leaving items off my order. I'd rather drive the extra ten minutes to a better a location.6/20/2022 Edit to respond:I did submit through your internal system, haven't even gotten an email confirmation of the submission. My rating stands.
If you are going to order in the drive-thru then I recommend going at a perfect time because it is short staffed which causes the line to move slow and they take a while but they are still trying and putting in their effort and they still make the food good and they are hard workers trying their best and I recommend going here but at a perfect time.
I always try and get some Jack and I usually try to go around 11:30 or 12 and I check the time that the drive thru closes and says 2 am but when I get to the speaker they tell me their closed. And then I have to wait in line just to leave the location
This place is never “open for business”. I mean that literally and figuratively. I had to go to the restaurant in McCart Altamesa! They have a better service to not mention that they fulfill the signage and are actually open! This location Hulen Mall) closes when they feel like it and the service is consistently terrible. The signs say close to 2 a.m., the Internet says close to 10 a.m., and the staff closes when they feel like it. How difficult is it to add a disclaimer, “possible early closure by short staff” You have my permission to PLAGIARIZE / Copy Paste if an employee does not feel like tapping it). You carry on as if you should be happy, they are ALLOWING you are a customer vs. they are happy They are CHOOSING to be their customers. Maybe it's bad.
