I've been craving Griff's for a while, and I finally decided to visit one near my neighborhood. Wow, it's just as good as I remembered from my childhood! The cashier, Amanda, was extremely nice and polite, and she got our order right. The customer service was quick, the atmosphere was clean, and the staff was very friendly, despite the long lines. Do Not Order The Cheesy Chicken BLT! The picture looked so inviting Crispy Battered Chicken and Thick Cut Crunchy Bacon. NO! The entire sandwich was soggy The chicken and very thinly sliced bacon were under cooked. Delicious! It was my first visit to Griff Burger, and I was really impressed. The food was amazing!
Got the triple cheese burger combo. Had to wait in the drive thru almost an hour. But the burger came out fresh and hot. Best burger I had in awhile. Wish they had one in Arlington.
My daughter and I had dinner there, and I finally got to see the newly updated Griff's. It was really nice, and I liked it a lot. The food has always been good in my experience. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!
The only place that has never messed up my order. Good food fast.
The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The young woman at the front counter appeared to either be having a rough day or simply lacked enthusiasm.
