The subs here are delicious. They are slightly higher in price than Subway, but I think taste much better as well. It is worth the few extra bucks. The hot sauce here are the bomb. View all feedback.
What Karel Vejvoda doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Alliance Town Center:
Placed an online order, picked it up only to get home and find one of the sandwiches was missing. Mistakes happen, but when we called to have it rectified they wanted us to drive all the way back there to either get the sandwich or get a refund. Other items in the order were incorrect as well. Think I'll pass on going to this location in the future since their customer service has gone downhill. View all feedback.
Love their subs. The #12 is the bomb. Melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.
I gave an order and when my daughter picked him up. They closed the door and light it off. When a worker came out, she was told that they threw away our sandwiches. Although he laughed and went with a bag of three sandwiches and three chips. I put the order at 8:31 and my daughter called me at 8:58 to tell me they wouldn't give the sandwiches. I waited all day for the manager to call me to get my money back since I was charged for the sandwiches. Customer service says I have to wait until the manager contacts me. I always like fireworks. So disappointed that this happened.
I parked along the side, tried to enter through the back entrance thinking it was the front entrance. Word to the wise: the back door isn’t unlocked LOL.The employee taking orders was friendly and made my sandwich timely. It was delicious as it always is. I ordered a medium Italian sub and a drink. The tea was made fresh!I noticed the employee taking order was also making the orders as he was the only one working for a little while. Another employee did eventually come in around 11:30 to help him making Uber/pickup orders.Good job!
