Church's Chicken - Fort Worth

I ordered a 10-piece chicken meal and a family-sized okra dish from this restaurant. When I got home, the food was still fresh and hot. The service was delightful and I really enjoyed my meal.

The food at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Our order of 6 biscuits felt like rocks, the coleslaw was just a plain salad, the fries were limp, and the chicken skin wasn't even attached to the meat. When I called to complain, the manager wasn't available for 2.5 hours, so I had to call back. Despite my request for a refund, the manager insisted on giving me fresh food instead. This was unacceptable, as the food should have been fresh to begin with. The overall quality of the food we received completely turned me off from this restaurant. After making my point, I was instructed to return with my card and the food (3 hours old) in order to receive a refund.

I ordered the Smoked Chicken and it was deliciously fresh and hot. The service was also good. While Lisa's Chicken next door is good, Church's Chicken was the standout choice on this occasion.

I go to this Church's all the time and it's not packed like sometimes usual and sometimes things are a little over the place but they make them so good and this Church's in my opinion is good and sadly you can't eat in there but you can still eat at home which is faster and you can catch up to some stuff you need to catch up before it's too late but this Church's is still doing good so I recommend getting Church's here at this location.

Do not go to this restaurant. If you do be prepared to be charged for items that you did not order. You can also expect to be charged for but not receive items that you order. If you are brave enough to go to this restaurant, do not leave without checking your order and receipt, otherwise you stand a good chance of getting ripped off.
