Delightful menu with lots of interesting and unusual offerings presented in small plates and portions perfect for sharing. None of the humdrum yankee Chinese fare here. Excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend for a quick lunch or a memorable get togeather with friends. View all feedback.
First time at this restaurant. Think Chinese tapas. I had the Taiwanese chicken, and the ribs. The chicken as lightly crispy, tender, and had a slight sweet flavor to it from the Chinese 5 spice in it. The dipping sauce was a great compliment to it. The ribs were St. Louis style. Nice and big, VERY tender, sweet sauce on them. Pretty messy, but that's ribs. Honestly, the best ribs I've ever had. Can take on any BBQ place. For desert, it was the kabocha cheesecake. Excellent. Everything was outstanding. Great food experience.
The food is delicious. And the service is personable without being intrusive. We asked for server recommendation for beer or wine to compliment our meal. Recommendation was spot on. Ambience is great. Could talk with and hear each other. (hate loud restaurants). Prices very reasonable, more so considering quality of food. Highly recommend!
Cannon Chinese Kitchen..The food is fresh and delicious. The presentation is lovely. The service is impeccable. They have a lovely outdoor area, and a cozy bar area. The dining room is adorable, and classy. They have a great happy hour. It’s great for date night, or gatherings. Back to the food..did I mention it’s delicious? We have dined here multiple times, and each time our food and experience was 5 Star. It’s our favorite Chinese restaurant in the Fort! It’s priced reasonably as well for shared plates. Eat here! Finally got to try it out. The ribs were as good as the pictures made them appear. The best Chinese ribs I've had in the US. The custard steamed roll was delicious I'd try it with some compo of tart fruits if I could but still I'd highly recommend saving space for them.
Be brave try as many dishes as your stomach can handle...and ask your (very knowledgeable server) for recommedations. This is truly one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten. Everything is so fresh and the attention to detail in every dish is evident. Perfect for date night or large groups. Definitely try the sausage fried rice, ribs, black bean halibut, potato pancakes, and the pumpkin cheesecake. Wow! I can't wait to go back!
