Burger King - Fort Worth

I ordered coffee for my partner and me while we were working, but it tasted so bad that it reminded me of a mix of mop water and Pine-Sol. We contacted the business and health department about it. Unfortunately, when I called, they said everything was in order.

I typically don't make an effort to try new places, but our experience here was extremely disappointing due to the rude service. The woman at the register seemed already frustrated when we approached. She kept trying to take our order, but we were unsure about a few items. We inquired about the Impossible Burger because the menu flashed by too quickly for us to read, and her response was, “You don’t see it on the menu?” delivered in a very condescending tone. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our order and leave. If they maintain this level of poor customer service, I can only imagine that many other customers will follow suit.

My wife and I dined here several times while they were running a $5.00 fill-up deal. It included a Double Whopper Jr., small drink, small fries, and 4 chicken nuggets. Everything was fantastic, except for the chicken nuggets, which were cold and as dry as could be every time. However, even if you threw the nuggets away, the rest of the meal was an incredible value for just $5. Unfortunately, that promotion has now ended.

The best cheeseburgers you'll ever taste! They're hot, fresh, and absolutely delightful! When you place your order, simply ask for a "cheeseburger" instead of the specific options listed on the menu. You won’t regret it. Oh my goodness, they're amazing! Plus, they offer frozen Coke and frozen cherry Fanta as well!

This place was very dirty. I had to get the cleaner and napkins to wipe down my own table. I was between appointments in Huguley and didn't have time to go home. The tables were sticky, and there were crumbs everywhere. I will never go back. Just imagining how dirty the kitchen must be is enough to make me not want to return.
