Took order wrong. Told clerk 3 times it was still wrong. No ice but wasn’t told until I received warm cokes. No salt on fries. I won’t ever go back to that location.Parking: Parking lot empty. My guess is the poor service drives people accross the street to What a Burger View all feedback.
If you want horrible service from people who clearly hate their job or want something complete opposite of what you ordered after being asked 3 time and on top of the being charged for stuff you didn’t order, then this place is for you. One of the worst locations I e been too that somehow cannot get a single easy order right. FU!!!
I went to this location thinking it would be 15 minutes to order and get my food for lunch. It was a big mistake. It took sevens minutes just to get an order, anything over five is unsatisfactory. There was not a lot of customers inside or in drive thru. Do not waste you time , especially for lunch.
Only one person working the whole store . I ordered online and had to wait 35 minutes in the drive thru because they had lobby closed. Will never go back
They usually get my order correct, except for today. I got the wrong drink and wring burger. On the plus side, I also got an order of onion rings that I didn't originally order. I had to tell them 4 times that I had placed my order through the app and then gave them my order number. I think there was a language barrier.Food: 3/5
Buyer beware . Get McDonalds or cook at home. Don’t come after 10PM or order on the app after then on any day…. you will be ignored and won’t get your food. FYI The refunds take 3-4 business days on the app. The store hours say close at 12AM but apparently the employees close whenever they feel like it.Service: 1/5
