I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past few months and have found that the customer service is lacking. The female Hispanic employee at the drive-thru has a bad attitude and does not even say thank you when handing over the order. If you are not interested in working with customers, perhaps you should not be in a customer service role. View all feedback.
I placed a mobile order but received someone else's order instead, which was completely different from what I had originally requested. I was very frustrated with the mix-up. The drive-thru was also moving slowly and it appeared that only one person was working.
This morning I went to this restaurant for breakfast at around 6:45am through the drive-thru. Even though the store hours for the drive-thru are from 5:30am to 12am, the intercom was not lit up. The menu board indicated that the restaurant was open and well lit. However, I received no greeting after waiting at the intercom for about a minute and a half. When I finally said "Good morning," there was no response. I then drove around to the second window, but there was no employee or staff present. After waiting for another 90 seconds, I drove to the dining room window and saw a uniformed employee sitting at a table. As I backed up, he quickly ran away to another part of the restaurant. I waited near the window for another minute, tried the intercom again, and still received no response. Eventually, I had to leave for work before 7am. I tried calling several times between 8:40am and 8:50am to speak to management, but there was no answer and the phone hung up. If employees do not want to work in the early mornings and provide good customer service, they should consider finding a different job. This experience was awful and disappointing. All I wanted was an iced vanilla coffee. As a former Burger King employee, I find this level of service unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this today.
They hardly ever answer their drive thru window. 2nd time this week I've attempted to come and nobody ever answered the drive thru. They just ignore it. Being that you have no customers you would think you would be able to change the trash over flowing outside. I'm going to a different location from now on.

My kids love this place. As do I for their chicken nuggets but I will say when requesting a shake and being told our shake machine is down in the middle of summer. It's very disappointing.
