Overall, we enjoy coming here. On our most recent visit, it would have been nice if the nachos had more toppings. We were left with a full layer of dry chips on the tray after we'd eaten the top layer. View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings Fort Worth:
I received a call from the restaurant about 1.5 hours before my reserved time, informing me that they could no longer honor my reservation. Despite this inconvenience, we rushed to get ready and arrived at the restaurant. After a 20-minute wait, we were finally seated, only to be informed that there would be an additional $10 charge per person if we stayed past 9:00pm due to the UFC fight. It was only 7:45pm at the t... View all feedback.
The drinks are over priced and when they think they can pull a fast one they will. Severed us old food trying to rush and get back to tending to her 4 children. The bartender took our order while holding her baby. I know this is a family friendly establishment but there still needs some professionalism in the work place.
We went in and were told to sit somewhere, so we grabbed our own menus, as there was not someone at the front, and chose a table that was not so close to the customers who shouted profanities at tw. After we had set ourselves on our table, a coworker asked us to move, because this section was closed, although in this section a family sat. first we had nothing against it, but the opposite that was only opened had 1 table next to the crowded table with the screaming man. we decided to go. I said the waitress that I know it's a sporty one, but we didn't want to sit next to this one. they were one of the few options for the late night, so we have chosen them, but if they want to limit us to a terrible option, we prefer to go somewhere. the waitress simply said “okay” and took our menus. as manager and former restaurant manager could have handled this much better. there were only 10 extra steps too table that we chose, and there were others there already.
This location is clean, has good employees and good eating! we ordered the brisketts and buffalo chicken pack.
My waiting was a big polynesian kerl (can not be sure, but I wanted to give him credit where it is due). he was super helpful. can be on the table quite often. very friendly but also straight to the point. head on amazing lunch with my daughters because of the friendliness that this guy had shown during a very rough day. eating was great and warmed up on perfection. 5 stars in my book.
We have been going to BWW for years but over the past 2 years, the service has disappeared and the quality of BWW has gone from good to absolutely horrible. and dining service takes forever and pick up is even worse.... it takes forever to get food, and when you do finally get it it's either cold or not completely cooked...... especially the Champion Circle location in Fort Worth.... since it opened, we have yet to have a decent experience or good food.... so sad because BWW used to be a great place to take the family
