What Steve Hoppe doesn't like about Arby's:
This place is soooo slow.When I went yesterday the speaker was broken.I really don't like going to this location but it's the only Arby's in Lake Worth I love the cheese sticks that has almost doubled in price so now days since everything is gone up in price you really have to think about where you want to spend your money is it worth it!!! This is the best Arby's I've had in a long time. The drive-thru was fast and the food was fantastic.
The food is delicious, but the customer service at the drive-thru is terrible! The female employees are very rude and seem indifferent to my presence. Today was my final visit - I won't be returning.
I don’t normally rate anything 1 star. I’m just wanting to make the owners aware. At 7:50PM I pulled up to the drive thru. No one in front of me all the way to the window. Sat there for 10 minutes understanding that services are slow due to lack of staff. I get it, but there should have been answer. Anyways, we left and went to the Saginaw location. Hope to see the business speed back up.
We ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a Reuben at this restaurant. However, when we got home, we discovered that we had received 2 classic sandwiches with just beef and bun. Despite the inconvenience of having to drive over 15 miles back to the restaurant (as my husband had picked up the order on his way home from work), the staff graciously redid the entire order correctly, including the Reuben sandwich. They also allowed us to keep the extra classic sandwiches for my husband's lunch the next day and even gave us a complimentary drink as a gesture of apology. We will definitely return to this restaurant in the future, primarily because of their exceptional customer service.
