97 West Kitchen - Fort Worth

We were guests at the “Hotel Drover...great experience, celebrating a birthday. 97 West provided a wonderful evening for my wife and I....ands our guests. Service was great. Everyone was friendly and customer focused. Food was excellent, first time to have “Antelope”. Fun, energetic environment. I would highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Professional: Caitlin our server was so very helpful and informative about the menu and drinks. She made sure to ask questions regarding allergies and preferences. She wasn't afraid to ask the chef for information. Over all if you're looking for a simple date night with a wide menu you won't be disappointed. Professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for guests is clearly on the top of the staffs agenda. Personal side: We were delayed on our desert choice due to a simple mistake between servers and runners. We were totally fine with paying for the desert even with the delay. However Caitlin made sure we were comped the difference and was super kind. Complaint: I can only say that sitting next to the door to the backyard on either side of the section behind the bar was not ideal. The door opening and closing was distracting and the high traffic had me worried my chair was in the way. (It wasn't but still)

I loved! It was my first time here my friends and I had a great time! The food was amazing! We were there for brunch so they had some traffic, our server was terrific! She really made the experience so fun ! We will be back!

Food and ambiance was incredible! Our server was very kind and my sandwich and my husband's brunch burger were delicious. we started our day here, walked around the hotel and spent the rest of the day in the stockyards great location and walking distance to everything stockyards

Great experience. Negative was that it smelt really smokey (outdoor fire smell). The positive was the great food. Even though it was pricey the value for what we got was satisfactory.
