When we checked our order, they forgot the ranch dressing and put an excessive amount of Cajun seasoning on the corn and Voodoo fries. I tried contacting both the restaurant and DoorDash for assistance, but received no response.

Calle... read more Ordered online, and after getting home, I found my wife's chicken sandwich was left off the order. Called back, and the phone went to ananswering machine. Called back again and finally talked to Michael and explained the issue. Told him I was on my way back to pick up the sandwich. Upon returning, the lady at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Told her I spoke to Michael on the phone. She told me that was her husband I spoke to. There was no hurry to prepare the missed sandwich, and not even a sorry for the inconvenience of coming back. After twenty minutes and the round trip back for my wife's chicken sandwich, my wings and fries were cold. It was a poor experience and will not return to this location.
