Description

A busy, well-located fast-food spot with mixed results: quick, hot orders at off-peak times contrast with long waits, missing or cold items, oversalted fries and dry, overpriced burgers. Phone lines and order accuracy can be unreliable, though managers and some staff are praised for friendly, helpful service and occasional gestures like replacing orders or covering mistakes. Updated lobby and drive‑thru add convenience; avoid peak lunch/dinner for a faster, fresher experience.

My husband picked up two bacon egg cheese biscuits for breakfast. We unwrapped the sandwich’s bacon, egg, cheese hanging out of the sandwich. We had to assemble our sandwich. Bacon was crumbs and very thin slices. The egg had hard edges that we pulled off like it was zipped around the edges. ? It will be a long time before I buy a breakfast sandwich again from Wendy’s.

Watch using a debit card at this location I was charged for 2 different orders only bought one. The manager that day said my card was not charged the second time. Yes it was! That is why they call them bank statements.

Haven't been here in a very long while. the lobby change was very unexpected, but definitely brightens the place up. i left my wallet at home when i ordered breakfast, and the manager on shift paid for it for me. she was the absolute sweetest and very understanding. especially with the year I've had, it's wonderful to see such good people and generosity. i worked here before we even had apple pay available, i hope the GM is proud she's got incredible people on her morning shift.

11/4/23 Review: Stopped to grab lunch for myself and two little girls. Cruised through the drive-thru and headed home. After the 6.2 mile trek we opened the bag and was missing over half our food. I called the store and Kayla told me I could drive back and get the missing food or they could send me a coupon for the missing food. I had 2 options. Either drive back and get the food or tell the girls we have to figure something else out and wait for a coupon to come in the mail. We opted to drive back and would ultimately have an extra 12.4 miles and time wrapped up in this joke. I told Kayla I wanted my food and money back. She said it doesn't work that way. I either go get my food I didn't get because completing orders is hard or get a coupon next week. She gave me the GM's first name and said I'd have to wait until Monday and call the store if I wanted to talk to her. When I was in retail the DM was accessible 7 days a week as was his phone number. Not here. Kelly only deals with the store's errors and customer service when she's at the store. I returned to the store and asked for my missing food and it was given to me. I also asked for the other food to be replaced that I was given since it was at home on the counter and would ultimately get thrown away. They did that. I received an apology for their incompetence but was refused a refund. Lesson learned, Kayla and Kelly. Lesson learned. Now on to social media. A lot of places to leave reviews and friends and family to share with. A refund for my troubles could have resolved all of this. ORIGINAL REVIEW 4 YEARS AGO: Burgers were very dry and fries were old tasting. The kicker was the Ora Gel for cold sores laying on the counter. Just laying there. Might explain why there were 2 people in the store.
