Sweet Monster Ice Cream - Fort Wayne

Pretty good place for an ice cream. First time I tried rolled Ice cream. Ice cream has a smooth texture while also feeling kind of gummy? Amazing, would eat here again.

I wasn't aware of this restaurant until our friends suggested it, and what a hidden gem it turned out to be. This restaurant offers a wide variety of egg dishes and desserts, with a very unique style. I had never tried rolled ice cream before, but it was surprisingly delicious and daring.

This restaurant provides a refreshing twist on a traditional ice cream roll. The combination of different ice cream flavors and toppings is spread out on a chilled plate and rolled up into cute little ice curls. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere has a cool vibe.

I have visited this restaurant 3 or 4 times now to get Boba tea, and each time I encounter the same issue: the wait time is ridiculously long and not worth it. This is due to two main reasons: they do not have enough ice machines for the number of customers ordering at once, and they do not prioritize making drinks before preparing ice. They make drinks in the order they are received, so even if someone only orders one drink, they may end up waiting for an excessive amount of time for ice. Waiting 20 minutes for a simple drink is unacceptable. This place seems more like a tourist trap than a hangout spot for locals. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. While I understand that customer service can be lacking at times, the fact that employees never acknowledge customers is disappointing. It feels like they would rather not have us there.

At 9:31 all the tables were full of customers, and I had 5 children in tow, all of them were able to get everything they wanted. workers turned us away because they didn't want to clean up later than they had to. lazy millennials, I will never come back here again. obviously they don't care about the lower line as their owner would have, because it didn't come out of their own pocket.
