The menu is pretty overwhelming, even without considering the add-ons and modifications you can make. At first glance, the prices are high too. However, you get a lot for the price, and they are frank about how healthy each item is and in what ways (or not). For how complicated the menu is, that kind of sincerity inspires confidence. The driver left the order outside when the weather was near 80F and forgot to ring the doorbell. This was important because it was an ice cold smoothie, left to get warm and nasty. First time there, rude drive thru girl, smoothies were fake tasting we make our own all the time at home, maybe that 's why. We got mango ginger and coffee gladiator. We also had our labs with us, the window girl says cute dogs , while a jar of dog treats sat right there and our dogs weren 't offered any , it was a nice day too, windows down.
Very frustrated, I'm a frequent customer of this location. I had to wait in line approximately 20 minutes for a smoothie. Only 2 cars ahead of me and at least 3 people working. When I got to the window they had my order wrong and said my total was $10 something. I tried to use the Smoothie King app with the rewards and they told me their computer was down and I had to pay cash. What if I hadn't been carrying cash? No apology and wasn't able to use my rewards. I have had really good experiences in the past. I hope this isn't the new normal.

The restaurant at the southwest location is top-notch. It is expertly managed and I highly recommend trying any of their smoothies. My personal favorite is the angel food smoothie, but all of them are excellent. The staff is outstanding, even better than Chick Fil-A. The server I had, whose name I believe was Gavin, is exceptional.
