Arrived at Red Robin for lunchGreeted by hostess who said there was a 10 minute wait even though there were all kinds of empty tables.
I had a wonderful time with the kids. The food and service were exceptional!
I had to wait 15 minutes for drinks and then another 20 minutes before my order was finally taken. By the time the appetizer arrived, my meal was already cold.
