Our order is always hot and hardly ever wro... read more I have yet to go to any of the rallys in fort Wayne and be disappointed by the quilty of the service, staff or food. Our order is always hot and hardly ever wrong. The very few times we had something wrong (which was most likely a error in how I worded myorder) They have immediately replaced it and apologized for the mistake. The staff is friendly and polite. I've been there a fewtimes and have watched people get upset with them for reason out of their control (took to long to get their food, was traininga new staff member and it took them too long to get their change) For anyone who gets upset with the staff please be mindfulthat they're doing the best they can to make sure you're happy with the food you ordered. Be patient and kind. I appreciate allthe hard work the staff does to make sure we leave happy with our choice to stop there for service.

The food was hot and fresh when... read more The staff at this restaurant were exceptionally friendly on Thursday. The place was clean and decorated like any other Rally's. The food was hot and fresh when served. Although prices have increased, the quality has stayed consistent. They also offer delicious banana shakes that are definitely worth trying.
