I got avocado toast and season on it as well as I got a kicherbsalat sandwich super good!

Pembroke has tons of vegan options. I had several menu items and was never disappointed. they allow them to have quite a lot of craft their own sandwich with their options / ingredients and it is amazing. always very friendly service.
A cute little cafe inside of the Auer Center. All baked goods are vegan with a large portion being gluten free as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was reasonably priced and tasted pretty good. They have compostable utensils and paper straws as well as carry out boxes. I got the Rueben and it would have been not the most flavorful except that pickled cabbage was delicious. The chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon roll, and scone I got was Devine. I will definitely be back here.
