However, my issue as a customer is that the lettering for the menu items is small and hard to read, making it confusing and time-consuming to read everything completely. I don't go very often, and I get frustrated when the items have been changed on the order board without notice.

It's possibly healthier than other food chains. Soups are good especially in bread bowls. Bagels are clutch. Think of a bakery gone corporate. What's nice, it's the same to be familiar with a place
