At this restaurant, visitors experience a mix of commendable service and notable shortcomings. Many highlight the friendly and attentive staff, praising their upbeat demeanor and helpfulness. However, concerns arise regarding food quality and cleanliness, with reports of poor maintenance, unappetizing meals, and delivery mishaps. While some enjoy delightful soups and fresh sandwiches, others find the portions lacking and disappointing. Despite its potential, the location struggles with operational consistency. Diners are encouraged to enjoy the diverse menu but are advised to go in with tempered expectations regarding overall service and food presentation. A solid choice for a quick meal, but improvements are necessary.

What Torey Kuhn dislikes about Panera Bread:
Understandably, one would leave a review only in the off-chance (I hope) of order-gone-bad, but to frustrated not to share. Ordered coffee/beverages for an important work meeting to be delivered by 12:15. The order never arrived. I kept checking my phone for any notification. I always enjoy the food at Panera. The girl who took my order today was friendly, engaging, and helpful. However, my issue as a customer is that the lettering for the menu items is small and hard to read, making it confusing and time-consuming to read everything completely. I don't go very often, and I get frustrated when the items have been changed on the order board without notice.
I enjoy trying something new every time I visit this restaurant, as they have a variety of sandwich and soup options. It is my wife's favorite spot for lunch, so we make sure to go at least once a week. It can be difficult to find a table during lunch hours due to its popularity. The bakery offers a wide selection of items, including more than just bread.
I've always enjoyed their hazelnut coffee and pumpkin muffins! Salads are delicious too!
