Panda Express - Fort Wayne
Panda Express
Description
Panda Express continues to be a favorite for many, offering a clean environment and consistently fresh food, with popular dishes like Sweetfire Chicken and Beijing Beef earning high praise. However, recent experiences highlight significant service issues, particularly during peak hours. Customers report long wait times for online orders and confusion with drive-thru protocols. While the food remains a strong point, the restaurant struggles with staffing efficiency, leading to mixed feelings about the service experience. Diners recommend visiting during off-peak times to improve the overall experience, as the quality of the food is undeniable.

I always love Panda Express! The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is always friendly and pleasant, and the food is consistently fresh. My favorite dishes are the Sweetfire chicken and Beijing Beef - they are always delicious! Panda Express is definitely my top choice for dining out.
I visited this restaurant recently when it was extremely busy. There were about 20 cars in the drive-through line and many people inside waiting to order and pick up their food. The employees were working hard and even apologized, although the slow service wasn't their fault. My friend and I received our food in less than 20 minutes, and it was all fresh. I particularly enjoyed the orange chicken.
We'll get out occasionally. It is the fast food equivalent of Chinese food, but we like it. It is convenient to order online and adjust your pickup time. Orders were always correct and ready.
After showing up at 10 30 when they advertise being open, it is currently 11 13 and Im still waiting for my order. I had to go through the drive through 3 times for them to take my order, just for me to still be waiting, even after seeing roughly 10 cars and 5 people go in and out of the drive through and building itself.
Overall just average, I've been to better pandas. The food is never fresh or hot. And I come every other week. I always go through the drive through because I expect faster service, everytime I'm disappointed. They're usually pretty friendly but this has been the most backed up they have been. I don't think it's a shortage because there's about a dozen employees. I will have to avoid this place for a while until they figure this out, I'm trying to get home quick after a long day of work. Going on over 15 minutes, and I'm 4 cars away from the speaker, and several more cats behind me
