McDonald's Restaurants - Fort Wayne

I'm recreating. I understand that restaurants are faced with a personal lack, but if the dining room is not open, please write a sign on the door. Some people fought against the rain to get in just to find the door. not very friendly to customers.

I use the app today and tried to place an order and it said that it could not process the order at this time, so I tried it twice and did not yet process it I did not know that it still charged my bank account until later I tried to get a hold of someone I called four times and no one will answer the phone the first three times when I was last arranged and it was just hanging up. so unnecessarily to say I never got that food and I still can't get anyone in touch.

Surprising of the price for the oreo ice cream shake. almost 7 dollars for a small size. too expensive for what they get. not worth it if they get better eating elsewhere for better prices

A few days is fine. other my pommes have been sitting too long. some days his a pretty fast ride thru experience. others are 15 minutes exhaust pipe and other folk music.

Why is the lobby closed at 4:30pm? According to their sign, it's supposed to be open 7am-7pm. First they screw my wife's order up won't fix it unless a manager is there but every time we call, there's no manager available when we walk over there the lobby is closed. Not everyone has a vehicle to go through the drive thru I'm on a walker. What's wrong with this place? They need to get it together.
