Koto Japanese Steak House - Fort Wayne

Best value sushi in Fort Wayne. Great flavor, better price than grocery store sushi, and leaves my body feeling healthy. Its my favorite thing to eat when I break a fast.

Clear soup was bland, the fried and the filet was super over cooked Filet Mignon Shrimp was not great overall not impressed and it was super expensive.

The food was made and delivered fast, all 3 sushi rolls I got were fabulous, and the miso soup was very good too!

Plentiful amount of Tuna however not of high quality as it was fishy and over cooked. There was a surprise addition of a couple of hibachi shrimp which was enough to find out that would have been a better choice. The zucchini and mushrooms were good but in insufficent quantity in comparison to the onion.

Sooo goooooood! so fresh, order extra yumyum sauce. my friend ordered other stuff but my Hibachi Steak Shrimp was amazing the Side of Fried Rice was the best I apos;ve ever had. Miso Soup was new to me but very good. the pot stickers were breathe taking and its sauce. very expensive but if you need a treat you found the right spot
