We were actually the only people in there at first have been here before and have had better the chicken was way over cooked. My original was extra crispy almost burnt I was starving so I ate what I could but my co diner took her chicken back up and had it redone and it still didn't have the flavor or seasoning right but it wasn't over fried the second time around. I just know normally this one usually does better or they did

When I brought this u... read more I ordered 24 hot wings, only to find out they no longer offer that option. Instead, my card was charged for a substitution I didn’t order. When I brought this up, the staff got very angry and insisted I had already been charged for the order. I refused to accept something I didn’t want and requested a refund. They said it would take about two business days to process, but three days have passed and I still haven’t received it. No one is answering the phone for inquiries, and my order totaled over $47! That’s not a small amount to lose without getting anything in return. If you’re thinking about going to KFC, I suggest driving past this location. You’re likely to experience bad food, poor service, and feel like your money was stolen.
