It's concerning... read more The men's restroom was out of soap and paper towels, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, nothing was done to rectify the situation. It's concerning how employees are expected to wash their hands after using the restroom in such conditions. Furthermore, the utensils were disorganized; there were only forks available when there should have been knives and spoons as well. When the cashiers placed my food on the counter, they didn’t let me know it was mine, leaving me confused since there was no one else around. I couldn’t tell if the order was online or if someone had called it in. The chicken was warm, and the potato sides had powdered seasoning. Overall, my visit left a lot to be desired.

Cassie is... read more I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Cassie, and she is truly amazing. She is incredibly friendly, approachable, and clearly deserves her role! Cassie is patient, kind, and always ready for a conversation. She makes it a point to warmly greet everyone! I would definitely come back just to say hello or have a little chat with her; I really admire her personality, and she has a wonderful presence.

The chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious. The side dishes—green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and macaroni and cheese—were also very tasty! I placed my order in advance, and our food was ready right on time. The employee who took my order was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic meal at a great value!

The chicken pieces are smaller than ever, and the flavor is quite bland—I think they must have forgotten the 11 herbs and spices. The mashed potatoes are utterly tasteless, and the gravy is a mystery. It’s dark, resembling a meat gravy, but what does it taste like? I swear I detect a hint of something rancid, along with a flavor that reminds me of a solvent. So much for “mystery gray.” The biscuit was cold and pretty flavorless; I couldn't even add butter or honey because they didn't provide any. At least the soda tasted like... soda. Colonel Sanders would be embarrassed.

Although their sign claims they open at 11 AM, we arrived at 11:30 and found the door still locked, with someone outside smoking who didn’t bother to let us in. Once we finally got inside, the place had a foul smell reminiscent of raw sewage. My wife ordered the three-piece chicken tenders, but they were undercooked. I opted for the three-piece Nashville hot chicken, and it was terrible—chewy like rubber. To make matters worse, the fountain drink machine wasn't set up yet, so we had to wait while they assembled it just to get our drinks. The tables and booths were dirty and sticky, and the service was abysmal. The chicken was the worst I’ve ever had; I ended up taking it home to feed it to my Rottweiler. The entire restaurant was filthy, and I believe someone needs to alert the health department before someone gets sick. If you're considering dining here, take my advice: don’t!
