Latest order had raw mushrooms and spinach in my omelette... read more Never order DoorDash from this location. 3 out of 3 times my order was wrong and not cooked properly. Latest order had raw mushrooms and spinach in my omelette and “loaded” hash browns were sad and undercooked. Tried to eat the omelette but had to drive to the restaurant to get a replacement. Front counter guy said “it was a coincidence” that every time I’ve ordered delivery I’ve gotten terrible quality food… Very hard to believe and honestly poor customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again either for delivery or in the restaurant.

I just don't get it. We have went 4 times and every time they messed the order and two times they left me sit out in the curbside pick up for 20+minutes past pick up time, and our food was cold. It's sad because we use to really enjoy eating here, now we will no longer waste our money.

Had to flag him down to get more gravy that the cook barely put any on my Turkey, mashed potatoes and dressing dinner. (He might want to look at the picture the customers see in the menu The waiter only then asked if everything was OK. A sure sign your customers are ready to leave are when they ask for a box to take left overs home and take dessert to go, we are ready for our bill! Checked out at register because the bill wasn't coming and we had things to do! Even after paying, we didn't get a copy of our bill! So did we pay for someone else's meal? we will never know! Won't be going back anytime soon.

The food from t... read more This was my first time visiting the Bob Evans location. I waited 10 minutes to be seated since there was no hostess available for Sunday brunch. The food from the menu was excellent, but the waiter wasn’t very personable or proactive. As someone visiting from the West Coast, I had been looking forward to this experience.

Unfortunately, my entire meal was anywhere from cool to lukew... read more I ordered the Country Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, along with green beans with ham. Unfortunately, my entire meal was anywhere from cool to lukewarm. The gravy was cold, the potatoes were cold, and the steak looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time. My wife had the Fried Chicken Dinner, and her potatoes and gravy were also cold, with the piece of chicken being very small. Since we live less than five minutes from the restaurant, our drive home wouldn’t have caused the food to cool off so much.
