Latest order had raw mushrooms and spinach in my omelette and “loaded” hash browns were sad and undercooked. Tried to eat the omelette but had to drive to the restaurant to get a replacement. Front counter guy said “it was a coincidence” that every time I’ve ordered delivery I’ve gotten terrible quality food… Very hard to believe and honestly poor customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again either for delivery or in the restaurant.

I just don't get it. We have went 4 times and every time they messed the order and two times they left me sit out in the curbside pick up for 20+minutes past pick up time, and our food was cold. It's sad because we use to really enjoy eating here, now we will no longer waste our money.

Had to flag him down to get more gravy that the cook barely put any on my Turkey, mashed potatoes and dressing dinner. (He might want to look at the picture the customers see in the menu The waiter only then asked if everything was OK. A sure sign your customers are ready to leave are when they ask for a box to take left overs home and take dessert to go, we are ready for our bill! Checked out at register because the bill wasn't coming and we had things to do! Even after paying, we didn't get a copy of our bill! So did we pay for someone else's meal? we will never know! Won't be going back anytime soon.

They abandoned my order on the counter to seat other customers. I had to call three times to place my order, as I kept being put on hold and then disconnected. Additionally, the food I received was incorrect. I won't be returning.

One thing I appreciate about the servers is that they take the time to get to know their customers. The menu has a somewhat limited variety of food items. However, if you enjoy country cuisine, this place is perfect for you—they truly serve it all, including whole hog dishes.
