What Elizabeth Moore dislikes about Culver's:
I waited inside for over 30 min for a concrete mixer. Seems like the kids working were more worried about socializing then getting orders up quickly. I understand kids want to have fun while working but when you are 7 orders deep, it's time to pay attention and get orders out. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location for me in a short amount of time. View all feedback.
Everything's fresh! Quickly casual. The frits and cheese curds are always hot and the food is great! Do not leave a concrete mixer or a pint of ice. It will appear busy, but trust me that they have it under control.
The service and food quality at this DuPont location have always been excellent. We've also dined at the Stellhorn and West Jefferson locations, both of which were very good as well. The staff we interacted with genuinely pay attention to doing their jobs well! This is the only fast food chain we choose to visit.
The food delivery guy was fantastic! I believe his name was Brandon. He was incredibly friendly and was practically jogging to get the food to customers, whether indoors or at the drive-thru!
Best fish
The service was incredibly slow. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it took over 40 minutes to receive our order. My grandchildren were very hungry and became quite grumpy as a result.
