CoreLife offers a variety of fusion dishes that are not tied to any specific culture, instead Americanizing various cultural cuisines. While the restaurant is not particularly outstanding in terms of flavor options, it is still a decent place to eat. The menu is somewhat limited, but you may find some interesting dishes to try. Employees were very helpful, explaining the options and making solid recommendations. The Greek salad with falafel and quinoa was fresh and not too heavy. Regular size is the perfect portion for me but if you're wanting to fill your stomach, I recommend the large. Plenty of seating inside for the Saturday lunch (it was a slow day) looking forward to sitting on the covered patio next time.
If you go in, it scares you. It's not clean and the food looks old and dry. If you get it delivered, it tastes good. You cannot reach them. I received a Door Dash today and the order had something missing, can't reach anyone. A bowl with no dressing, is not good. Please do better.Food: 2/5
I'm not sure how this place is rated so highly. My son got a kid's plate, and the chicken was extremely dry and bland, the rice was bland (no seasoning), and his egg was extremely undercooked. The pork macaroni was awful. The pork was dry, and the mac was bland mush. My bowl was okay, but not worth buying again. Not worth the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend these items. This was my only time trying them, so I can't speak about the rest of the food.
Core Life eatery on coliseum boulevard is a really great experience. Their food is excellent, excellent quality and the combinations they put together are very tasty. Keep in mind this is not the least expensive place that you will find yourself for lunch but the quality and flavor of the food that you will get will be worth the cost. They're not really very much more expensive than many of the other lunchtime options around.
I was craving a salad so I came here for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised!!! All the food looks very fresh and tasted amazing. Loved it.
