When I received my order, I noticed that t... read more Every time I have been to this restaurant, something has gone wrong. Today, I ordered a sandwich, fries, and a shake. When I received my order, I noticed that the fries were not hot. I went back and asked for a new batch of fries. The staff told me to wait, and when I returned, I was told to wait in the parking lot. After waiting for 18 minutes for a small side of curly fries, I decided to go to a different Arby's location from now on.
