I've been in DMV for 14 years and I've been looking for a good start for the same time! Asian Star seems to be here to fill this point. Always crispy and consistently follows directions. The service is very professional, and they always add just the right amount of salt and pepper.
Everything was perfect! The wings were crispy, the fries were also crispy, and they added extra salt and pepper just like I requested. The mambo sauce was amazing!
I picked up some sweet and sour chicken, and when I got home, the chicken was hot and crispy. I also ordered green beans, which were cooked to perfection!
The food wasnt bad but the shrimp egg foo young was burnt.
I've lived in the DMV area for 14 years and have been on the hunt for a good Chinese restaurant that whole time! Asian Star appears to be the answer I've been looking for. They offer safe, reliable, and delicious food—especially on days when cooking isn’t an option. Their vegetable lo mein, topped with a bit of chili crisp oil, is fantastic. I definitely recommend it!
