Tonight, I visited McAlister's and was impressed by the professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness of the gentleman who took my order. Mr. Jack, thank you for the excellent customer service you provided during my first visit this evening.
I've been there twice, and both times were great experiences. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is healthy and delicious, and the prices are reasonable.
